Exactly, the film jobs are Unusual. No Interviews, No line ups and no Interview call-letters. Everything is Unusual. Around 80% of Film Industry jobs are filled by references. Some cases, the applicants walk-in directly to the film production houses. Hopefully, 20% of such job seekers are getting jobs through this method.
In India, there are a lot of film production companies especially in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata. In South India, Kerala has lots of film production houses which are spanned in Kochi and Trivandrum.
